Where it makes sense I also build prototypes to test ideas before you commit to a bigger investment. The scope depends on the client.

- Intro call. 30 minutes where we go over where you stand and I tell you plainly whether and how I can help.
- Agreement. I send you a proposal setting out what the project includes, when it will be completed and what it will cost.
- Assessment. I get to know your operations, talk to key people and assess the state of your data and the projects already under way.
- Results. We go through the plan and the next steps together.
- Follow-up. I follow the project through and stay on hand while you put the plan into practice.
Price
The price depends on the scope of the project. We agree on what it includes, and I send you a quote before we start.
